Description

As part of the Location Software Quality team, you will lead test development and automation efforts for wireless location systems, collaborating with software, hardware, and QA teams globally. Your responsibilities will include building scalable test infrastructure, driving automated validation pipelines, and using data to inform product quality and design. You’ll serve as a key technical contributor and mentor, influencing not only test coverage but the architecture of the overall system. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to align teams around clear quality goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Electrical/Computer engineering/Computer science or equivalent
  • Proven experience leading system-level testing with end-to-end project execution.
  • Experience working with remote, multi-functional teams and managing cross-team dependencies.
  • Proficiency in test automation, data processing and validation using Python utilize OOP development.
  • Expertise in test strategy development, use case creation, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to drive engineering decisions based on empirical results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in wireless technologies, including Bluetooth, WiFi, UWB, and GNSS, and their role in location-aware systems.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools, regular expressions (regex), and wireless protocol analysis.
