About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced technological solutions that support key business processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end‑to‑end Salesforce-based solutions tailored to business needs.
• Lead cross-organizational processes within the Salesforce domain and support complex business workflows.
• Facilitate solution workshops with clients, applying creative thinking to analyze requirements and propose system-based solutions.
• Oversee integrations, process implementation, troubleshooting, and holistic technical solution design following Salesforce best practices.
• Lead requirement analysis, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multi‑system technological projects, including open banking, mobile apps, digital underwriting, and system interfaces.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solutions Architect, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and requirement definition.
• Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, including custom solution development, data modeling, and system integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API technologies (REST & SOAP).
• Deep practical understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud – an advantage.
• Salesforce Architect certifications – a significant advantage.
• Experience managing Salesforce projects and leading large-scale cross-organizational processes.
• Strong command of English.
