Your role will include:

Managing and leading the application development domain in the IT Department

The role includes:

*Team management and Hands-On work.

*Supporting multiple systems that manage significant cross-organizational processes.

*Advancing and leading the domain from a technological perspective.

Skills and abilities:

*At least 5 years of experience managing a development team.

*Proven management ability (including leading change initiatives, complex upgrades, etc.).

*At least 5 years of development experience, including development experience with Oracle tools - required.

*At least 5 years of development experience in enterprise systems (in Enterprise organizations).

*Experience in Web development (developments open to the outside world with interfaces to enterprise systems, meeting information security requirements).

*Experience in DevOps.
