Job Summary

AllCloud is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to lead the professional Data domain, analytics, AI and ML, and GenAI in Israel. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for Data presale engagements with potential customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions. In addition, you will be required to own the team's professional knowledge, including building and executing training plans to meet the market needs and AllCloud’s business targets. As a Data Architect Lead, you will be working with customers, including C-level and IT people, and closely with solutions architects and project managers.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to simplify, innovate, and transform complex systems into streamlined, adaptable, and intelligent applications that meet cutting-edge business needs. The ideal individual will be self-motivated and adept at addressing the data requirements of diverse teams, systems, and products. This role offers the opportunity to optimize and reimagine customers' data infrastructure, designing and scaling systems that power next-generation products and GenAI technologies. A strong focus on ensuring data quality, security, and governance across the organization is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support sales processes by designing and delivering agile Data and AI projects in collaboration with the account managers, project managers, and delivery managers of AllCloud.
• Design and develop innovative Data and AI solutions tailored to meet customers needs
• Lead strategic discussions, including technical presentations, with business stakeholders to understand organizational data needs and identify opportunities to derive actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and aligning data strategies with business objectives.
• Own the technical solutions for data, analytics, AI, and ML projects.
• Build POCs for customers (hands-on).
• Deliver top-quality design and architecture documents to our customers.
• Build and control training plans for the team members towards new technologies required for future projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Software Architect/ Data Architect
• 5+ years of experience as a software Developer/ Data Engineer
• 1+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales and Solution Architect (preference based on AWS cloud Solutions and services)
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Hands-on experiences with AWS Data Cloud Services
• Experience supporting and working with external customers in a dynamic environment
• A team player who can efficiently collaborate with C-Level, developers, and sales teams
• Hands-on attitude and experience in system design, POC, and integration using cloud and other web services and APIs
• Working experience with DB technologies (SQL, non-SQL), Data analytics, AI and ML
• Deep understanding of ETL, ELT processes
• Experience in functional and scripting languages: Python, Scala, etc.
• Working experience with AWS's various eco-system and services - additional cloud environments - an advantage
• Articulate verbal and written communication
• Bachelor's (Master's preferred) degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
• Proven curiosity and ability to quickly self-learn
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential
