Responsibilities:

As a Backend Team Leader, you will lead one of our backend teams and work closely with product, finance marketing, CS and other teams.

You will lead the team professionally, mentor them, and ensure everyone fulfills their full potential.

You will add new capabilities and solve complex issues, always keeping scale in mind.

Scale, accuracy and reliability help us make sure that our proprietary banking core, that supports millions of transactions with volumes topping 1bn yearly, is always up-and-running.

We’re looking for:

● Team player. Rockstar without the ego. Fast learner that work hard and get S*** done.

● Excellent interpersonal skills, humanity and proven leadership skills in an agile and dynamic environment.

● BSc in Computer Science or equivalent is a MUST.

● 7+ Years of software development experience.

● At least two years of experience managing people.

● Java experience.

● Experience in working on large scale backend projects, and a deep understanding of microservices architecture, cloud environments, performance and more.

● MySQL and cloud platforms (esp AWS) knowledge is a big advantage.
