Digital Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Systems Manager to join our team and oversee the management, deployment, and support of our digital systems across both On‑Premises and cloud environments. This role will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure smooth code lifecycle management, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and guide development teams throughout the full software development lifecycle, including code management and deployment across On‑Premises and cloud environments.
• Independently operate, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain, manage, and upgrade application infrastructure in hybrid environments (On‑Premises + cloud).
• Manage permissions, backups, and deployment processes for production systems.
• Administer and maintain servers, including IIS, Azure App Services, and virtual machines.
• Configure and manage networking and infrastructure concepts such as DNS, VNET, and VPN.
• Work with internal and external certificates for secure communication.
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts, including object handling, loops, lists, and dictionaries.
• Provide technical support and guidance to development teams as needed.

Required:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration or a related role - Must
• Strong experience with Windows and Linux operating systems - Must
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including administration, CI/CD pipelines, permissions, and backups - Must
• Experience with .NET environments, Visual Studio, NuGet, and NPM modules - Must
• Proven experience with Git and version control systems - Must
• Experience with Azure services: App Services, Active Directory, Blob Storage, Backups, Virtual Machines - Must
• Experience managing IIS servers in production environments - Must
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, including Azure and AWS - Must
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell - Must
