We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to build and maintain customer-facing web and mobile applications for a credit card product. The role includes end-to-end development of new features, close collaboration with backend engineers, and direct impact on the user experience of a large and growing user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain the customer-facing web and native applications for Sunbit’s credit card product.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end development of new credit card-related features, from concept to deployment.
• Implement new functionalities, such as customer benefits, rewards programs, and innovative payment solutions.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and deliver a seamless, high-performance user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and team standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment, sharing your expertise and mentoring other team members.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with React Native.
• Familiarity with backend development (Node.js, Java, or Kotlin).
• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks like Playwright.
• Knowledge of WebSockets.
• Prior experience in a fintech company, especially with payment processing or financial services.
