We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join our R&D Hardware team.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between code and circuitry, collaborating closely with hardware engineers to architect and build the firmware that powers our next-generation solutions. If you’re driven by creating efficient, scalable, and rock-solid systems, your place is with us.


A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Own the Lifecycle - Lead the design, development, and rigorous testing of high-performance firmware for diverse microcontrollers and embedded systems.
  • Bridge the Gap - Partner closely with hardware engineers to architect and ensure flawless integration between silicon and software.
  • Solve Complex Puzzles - Hands-on debugging and troubleshooting of sophisticated systems, utilizing oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and advanced diagnostic tools to ensure peak reliability.
  • Architect for the Future - Build and maintain robust technical documentation, including software architecture and design specs that set the standard for our R&D.
  • Connect the Dots - Implement and optimize mission-critical communication protocols, including SPI, I2C, UART, and Ethernet, to ensure seamless data flow.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, equivalent - Must. M.Sc. advantage
  • 4+ years of experience as an Embedded Software Engineer in a multidisciplinary company.
  • Mastery of C and C++ is specifically tailored for resource-constrained embedded systems.
  • Deep-seated experience with ARM Cortex, PIC, or AVR microcontrollers. You should be highly comfortable working with RTOS or Embedded Linux.
  • Familiarity with Microchip or STM development tools - an advantage.
  • A solid understanding of multi-threaded programming, concurrency, and meeting those critical real-time constraints.Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and methodologies.
  • Proven track record implementing communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, USB, or Ethernet.
