About The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Brandlight, you’ll be a core builder owning high-impact product modules end-to-end from design to production, in a hyper-growth environment. You’ll lead architecture and performance for data-heavy experiences used by Fortune 500 marketing teams, delivering beautiful, scalable systems at extreme speed. This role is for someone who naturally becomes the main driver, turning ambiguity into production-ready execution.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product modules (frontend, backend, APIs, infra).
• Own architecture and delivery from design to production.
• Build data-heavy systems supporting billions of rows and fast UX.
• Drive sub-400ms performance via full-stack latency optimization.
• Create reusable React components and shared frontend patterns.
• Partner with Product & Design to deliver pixel-perfect features.
• Lead by example through ownership, execution, and mentorship.
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Senior Full Stack background in hyper-growth startup environments.
• Strong React + TypeScript expertise and scalable frontend architecture.
• Strong Node.js backend experience (APIs, services, data flows).
• Proven ability to ship end-to-end features independently.
• Deep performance mindset: caching, queries, rendering, network.
• Fast, pixel-perfect execution with high ownership and low ego.
