About the Role

As the Engineering Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading the teams responsible for Cloud Operations, DevOps, FinOps, and Security Operations. Your mission is to ensure that our SaaS platform is reliable, scalable, cost-optimized, and secure while enabling engineering velocity and innovation.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will define the operational vision, evolve our practices, and partner cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Security, and Finance to deliver world-class service to our customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or related disciplines within SaaS or enterprise-scale environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical operations teams and team leads in a Senior Manager capacity.
• Proven track record operating production environments on Azure and AWS (multi-cloud experience strongly preferred).
• Deep expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Background supporting 24/7 customer-facing production environments at scale.
• Experience implementing FinOps frameworks and optimizing cloud spend.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
