How will your day-to-day look?
- Own core data models – Build and maintain production-ready SQL transformations in BigQuery that serve as the single source of truth for analytics
- Turn data into decisions – Investigate complex business questions independently and deliver clear, actionable insights for growth
- Enable AI-ready analytics – Structure data models and documentation to support seamless consumption by automated systems and intelligent workflows
- Build dashboards that matter – Design and maintain dashboards Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success use daily to run the business
- Partner with GTM leaders – Work closely with go-to-market teams to understand challenges and deliver data solutions that accelerate execution
- Raise the data bar – Improve reliability, clarity, and usability of analytics across the company as we scale
What will you need to have?
- Strong SQL expertise – Deep comfort with complex queries, data modeling, and optimization in cloud data warehouses (BigQuery preferred)
- Analytical problem-solving mindset – Ability to take ambiguous questions and structure them into clear, data-driven answers
- Relevant experience – 2–3 years in analytics engineering, business-oriented data analysis, or a related role
- GTM analytics understanding – Solid grasp of sales pipelines, marketing funnels, and core business KPIs
- Startup DNA – Comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and adapting as priorities shift
- Clear communication – Ability to translate technical work into business impact and collaborate smoothly with non-technical stakeholders
Bonus points if you have:
- Hands-on experience with dbt or similar ELT/transformation tools
- Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or go-to-market analytics
- Experience working on AI-centric products or features
