For Elbit’s site in Netanya, we are looking for a Software Team Manager – Simulator Development

We develop complex software systems that replicate a battlefield environment in a virtual world, designed for training pilots, commanders and combat soldiers. The systems include 3D graphics and simulation engines that model the operational arena, entity behavior, and weapon and sensor systems. Our simulators create realistic, immersive training experiences that prepare users for real-world operational scenarios. The systems are developed for the IDF and international customers

Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering

At least 2 years of experience in software team management

Strong understanding and practical experience in Object‑Oriented Design

Experience in C++ development – significant advantage

Hands‑on experience in development, coding and system integration

Willingness to travel for integrations at customer sites in Israel and abroad

Experience integrating complex multi‑interface software systems – advantage
