The
Revenue Operations Engineer will architect and scale the systems that power company go-to-market engine. This role sits between Engineering and RevOps, building the automation, integrations, and data infrastructure that allow Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to operate with precision at scale.This role is for an engineer who enjoys building systems that scale go-to-market motion: automating workflows, integrating tools, improving data quality, and enabling revenue teams through clean architecture and thoughtful design. You won’t be quota-carrying, and you won’t be running demos. Instead, you’ll be building the infrastructure that makes GTM teams faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Responsibilities:
Engineering & Systems
- Design, build, and maintain internal tools, automations, and integrations that power GTM workflows
- Own data pipelines across CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and analytics tools
- Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of GTM-critical systems
- Debug and resolve complex issues across APIs, data syncs, and third-party integrations
- Write clean, maintainable code with strong documentation and testing practices
Enablement & Optimization
- Partner with RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Product to translate GTM needs into technical solutions
- Build automation that removes manual work from sales and marketing teams
- Create dashboards, alerts, and data models that support forecasting, attribution, and performance analysis
- Evaluate new tools and platforms from a technical and architectural lens
Collaboration & Ownership
- Act as the technical owner for GTM systems and integrations
- Influence system design decisions with a long-term scalability mindset
- Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of Software Engineering, Systems / Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, Automation / Internal Tools Engineering
- Strong engineering background (software, data, or systems engineering)
- Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
- Comfort working with data models, schemas, and analytics concepts
- Experience improving internal systems, not just shipping customer-facing features
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience supporting GTM, RevOps, or growth teams in a technical capacity
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or analytics tools
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong opinions on automation, system design, and operational leverage
