We're looking for a Unity Developer with a strong architectural mindset - someone who doesn't just write great code, but shapes the foundation that the entire game is built on.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You'll design and lead the core infrastructure of our games, mentor your teammates, and drive technical decisions that affect every feature we ship. You're not just an implementer - you're a thought leader and a force multiplier for the entire R&D team.

Responsibilities:

• Architect core systems - Design and build scalable, maintainable infrastructure that serves as the technical backbone of our games.
• Lead AI integration - Define and drive how AI capabilities are embedded across our game systems, from prototyping to production. You'll be the person who figures out how AI fits in, not just that it does.
• Own the full lifecycle - From architecture and design through implementation, SDK integration, CI pipelines, and release management.
• Enable the team - Build the foundations that let other developers move fast and confidently. Your architecture decisions will multiply the productivity of everyone around you.
• Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with product, design, backend, and data teams to deliver complex features with real player impact.
• Identify new opportunities - Proactively explore new technologies, frameworks, and approaches that could give us a competitive edge or spawn the next great game idea.
  
  

Requirments:

• 5+ years of hands-on Unity development experience, with a track record of shipping live mobile games.
• Experience working on large-scale, live mobile games.
• Comfort working with AI tools and systems - and a mindset that sees AI as a genuine multiplier, not just a buzzword.
• Deep expertise in common Unity frameworks and ecosystem tooling.
• Deep expertise in C# and OOP, with a strong command of design patterns and clean, scalable architecture.
• Proven experience designing and building complex, multi-system architectures - not just features, but the layers those features live on.
• Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization and the constraints of building at scale.
• Experience with SDK integration, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• A sense of technical ownership - you raise the quality bar and take pride in the craft.
• Strong communication skills - you can explain complex technical decisions to both engineers and non-engineers.
