We are looking for a Platform Engineering Manager to join the Data Security team. The infrastructure team goal is to support our engineering teams by building and maintaining environment for development and delivery, services, and tools that software engineers use to deliver and support our product in high productivity and high efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow an Infrastructure engineering team.
  • Own the CI/CD ecosystem (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc) while driving adoption of best practices in build and CI/CD pipelines, testing, supportability, and security for faster and safer deployments.
  • Manage testing infrastructure and environment provisioning.
  • Drive automation to reduce manual intervention and operational overhead.
  • Improve developer productivity by streamlining local dev environments, sandbox infra, and test automation. Release faster and more reliable product.
  • Ensure ease of supportability, maintainability, and observability of services.
  • Conduct regular infrastructure reviews, audits, and cost optimizations.


Requirements :

  • 4+ years hands-on in Infrastructure/DevOps roles.
  • At least 3+ years in leadership/management role. Managing and scaling infra/DevOps teams (5+ engineers).
  • Experience decomposing large initiatives into phased, incremental programs.
  • Deep knowledge of automation and CI/CD pipeline tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Proficiency in GCP.
  • Exposure to hybrid setups (cloud + on-prem).
  • A team player with excellent collaboration, communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering, security, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Proven experience working with AI tools to speedup processes and improve efficiency.
  • Be able to adapt to new technologies and infrastructure.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with multi-cloud or cloud migration projects and on-prem infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in building productivity improvements.
  • Experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), Docker, Helm, service meshes.
  • Experience in environment provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in at least one language (Python, Go, Bash, etc.) for automation.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic, Open Telemetry.
