About the Role:

We’re looking for a LLM Solutions Engineer who can bridge business problems and cutting-edge AI technology.

In this role you will work directly with enterprise clients and internal teams to design and deliver LLM-powered workflows that solve real business challenges. You will combine prompt engineering, workflow design, evaluation frameworks, and experimentation to ensure solutions perform reliably in production environments.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup, ideal for someone excited about applying LLM technology to real-world enterprise use cases at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into LLM-powered workflows.
• Design, refine, and optimize high-quality prompts and automated flows that solve real-world enterprise use cases.
• Build structured evaluation plans to test workflows against accuracy, reliability, and compliance standards.
• Identify and resolve edge cases to ensure consistent, production-ready performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to iterate quickly and drive product improvements.
• Act as an advocate for best practices in LLM development, ensuring solutions meet enterprise-grade expectations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience working with LLMs or generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering and workflow design, with proven ability to optimize for performance.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with testing/QA methodologies for AI workflows — automation experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers directly.
• Passion for LLMs, with a fast-learning mindset and a desire to build innovative AI-driven products.
• High proficiency in English.
