We seek an experienced and highly capable Automation Expert to join our QA Automation Squad. This role is ideal for a self-driven change agent who can propose scalable automation strategies, design robust test infrastructures, and lead adoption of AI/Copilot-based solutions to increase productivity and quality across engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Propose, design, and develop AI/Copilot-based automation solutions to improve engineering productivity and test effectiveness.
• Design and evolve automation infrastructure and frameworks for scale and maintainability.
• Develop, review, and maintain automated tests (UI + API), including code reviews and quality gates.
• Participate actively in Jenkins-based CI processes and improve pipeline stability and feedback time.
• Investigate test failures to root cause, drive fixes, and reduce flakiness.
• Mentor QA engineers, interns, and developers on automation best practices and tooling.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on QA automation experience with C# and/or Java and strong OOP fundamentals.
• Strong experience with Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Strong API testing experience with REST (including test design and validations).
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools, specifically GitHub Copilot, in day-to-day development.
• CI/CD familiarity, including working within Jenkins pipelines and troubleshooting failures.
• Strong ownership, communication, and ability to drive change cross-functionally.
