What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow the BI team- mentor data professionals, raise technical standards, and build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Partner with Product, Marketing, R&D, and leadership to translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions
• Design and own end-to-end BI solutions- from data modeling and pipelines to dashboards and executive-level storytelling
• Leverage AI as a core working tool- build automations, custom AI workflows, and smart processes that multiply your team's output
• Drive a continuous improvement loop- define metrics, run analyses, identify performance gaps, and close them fast
• Lead cross-functional analytics projects across the organization, acting as a strategic thought partner, not just a reporting layer
• Evaluate and implement BI tools and technologies that match where the business is going, not just where it's been
• Proactively surface opportunities- use advanced analysis to uncover insights before the business knows it needs them

Requirements:

• 5+ years of advanced SQL, working with large, complex datasets- BigQuery experience is a strong plus
• End-to-end BI ownership - you've built data models, warehouses, and dashboards, and you've presented findings directly to senior stakeholders
• AI-native mindset- you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and you're always exploring what's next
• Strategic thinker- you can define priorities, cut through ambiguity, and deliver actionable solutions in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communicator- you translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly self-driven- you don't wait for direction; you identify the problem, build the solution, and measure the result
