We build a global B2B travel distribution platform that connects hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators across 20,000+ partners worldwide. Our platform handles real-time inventory, complex booking flows, and high-volume data synchronization at scale, and we're now taking it to the next level with AI-native architecture.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable backend systems with an AI-first mindset, including RAG pipelines, LLM-based services, and autonomous agents that solve real-world travel distribution logic.
• Lead the development of new, high-impact services from scratch, defining the stack and best practices for our global R&D teams.
• Support M&A activities by re-architecting acquired systems to unify with our core AI-driven platform.
• Lead the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures (microservices, event-driven) with a focus on injecting AI capabilities into existing workflows.
• Act as the technical authority in the Israel office, mentoring engineers across Europe, India, and Asia through design reviews and leading by example.

What Is Required

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 8-10 years of backend engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed systems and high-scale APIs.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, and AI-driven automation into production environments.
• Experience in M&A or platform consolidation where you significantly improved and modernized the tech stack.
• Strong experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and a passion for building highly observable, resilient systems.
• A proven track record of leading bold technical changes, we need a builder, not a caretaker.
