Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Drone GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) Engineer located in Shoham. The Senior Drone GNC Engineer will lead the development and implementation of advanced guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for autonomous drone systems. Responsibilities include system design, testing, and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and addressing real-world challenges in robotics and UAV operation. The engineer will also conduct performance analysis, improve system reliability, and contribute to the integration of cutting-edge technologies into the company’s products.

Qualifications

• Expertise in drones, UAVs, and autonomous robotics technologies
• Background in Aerospace Engineering or Robotics Engineering
• Experience with ROS
• Eperience with px4/ardupilot
• Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as C++, Python
• Proficiency in developing guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) algorithms for robotic systems
• Critical problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of dynamic systems and control theory
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to take initiative and solve complex engineering problems
• Previous experience in an R&D environment or startup is a plus
