Development Team Lead

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring for an organization in Jerusalem.

This role includes leading major cross-organizational projects in accounting and financial systems. These are critical enterprise systems with multiple users and interfaces, managing financial processes such as fees, payments, settlements, and reporting, and integrated with internal systems and external entities.

The development environment includes SQL Server, MongoDB, Dynamics CRM, Angular, and Node.js, with a strong focus on enterprise standards, information security, and data quality.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software development experience, including complex enterprise systems
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing a development team
• Experience with some of the following: Dynamics CRM, Angular, Node.js
• Experience with SQL Server and/or MongoDB, including complex queries and performance considerations
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and working in highly integrated environments
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps / TFS / Jira
• Strong understanding of security principles, permissions, logs, monitoring, and enterprise services
