Responsible for the professional and managerial leadership of a digital development team, while meeting business goals, high technological quality, and optimal user experience. The role combines people management, technological leadership, responsibility for delivery and a broad systemic vision, in a complex environment and multiple interfaces

Team management and leadership

Direct management of Full stack developers

Training, professional development and building development paths for the team

Responsibility for Delivery

Meeting PI, quarterly and sprint goals

Planning versus execution - risk management, exceptions and dependencies

Ongoing work with PO, analysts, QA and business entities

Reflecting a clear and transparent status to management

Responsibility for code quality and architecture

Making technological decisions that are consistent with organizational architecture

Adhering to Best Practice: security, performance, scale and maintenance

Code reviews and defining standards for the team

Job requirements

5 years of experience in digital development (Web / Cloud) - Must

2 years of experience in managing a development team - Must

Practical experience in the following Frontend and Backend technologies: ReactJS, VueJS, NET Core - Must

Deep understanding of the architecture of Digital Systems - Must

Previous experience in a financial organization - an advantage

Experience working in the cloud with an emphasis on AWS - an advantage

Familiarity with Serverless, CI/CD and Microservices

Experience in implementing AI/GenAI solutions in digital products including connection to LLMs
