We are looking for an Experienced Software Engineer to join the Software Division at IAI ELTA.

The position includes:

• Working as part of a team developing complex algorithms for unique and advanced projects
• Developing in C++ within Linux environments
• Extensive collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including algorithm engineers, system engineers, and QA teams
• Supporting junior developers and solving complex technical challenges

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or Exact Sciences – Mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in C++ development – Mandatory
• Familiarity with modern design patterns – Advantage
• Theoretical knowledge in physics and radar systems – Advantage
