We are looking for an experienced C# Automation Lead to lead our automation strategy, mentor engineers, and drive quality across complex systems and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Automation team from a technical and professional perspective
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using C#
  • Define and implement automation strategies for Web, API, and backend systems
  • Build scalable, maintainable, and reliable automated test infrastructures
  • Collaborate closely with Development, Product, DevOps, and QA teams
  • Perform code reviews and enforce automation best practices
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing processes
  • Analyze test results, identify quality gaps, and drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor automation engineers and promote engineering excellence

Requirements:

  • Experience in Automation Development using C#
  • Experience as a Tech Lead or team lead
  • Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools
  • Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar
  • Experience with API testing and automation
  • Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and clean code principles
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Git
  • Familiarity with SQL databases
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture
