About the role:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team and help design, build, scale, and operate the infrastructure behind our real-time services. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys working closely with software engineers, improving developer velocity, and owning production reliability end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Work as an integral part of the Engineering team, collaborating closely with backend, platform, AI, and product engineers.
• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Manage and scale production workloads running on Kubernetes.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation.
• Develop internal tools and automation using Python and/or Golang.
• Support real-time production services with a strong focus on reliability, latency, availability, and scalability.
• Own monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes.
• Improve system observability and proactively identify production risks.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for agentic workflows, automation agents, and AI-driven operational processes.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience, deployment velocity, and production stability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and help define infrastructure best practices across Engineering.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Golang.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability tools.
• Experience operating real-time, high-availability production services.
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, containers, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineers.
