Summary
As an Engineering Program Manager within the design organisation you will be responsible for setting development goals, building development and integration plans, tracking project milestones. The role requires inbound cross-functional management and outbound vendor facing activities.
Description
Creating and maintaining project schedules for innovative storage modules & ASICs Collaborating and facilitating communication across engineering and operation managers to meet very aggressive cost, schedule and quality goals
Leading cross-functional communication between project teams
Build and manage projects/communication with external vendors
Setting development goals and tracking execution and compliance with aggressive technical and quality standards
Understanding technical issues and driving them to closure by bringing together key stakeholders for decision-making
Offering multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors in multiple geographic locations to executive management
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Sc / M. Sc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a leading universities.
- At least 3 years experience in Program / Project Management roles / Leading customer facing roles
- At least 3 years of hands-on FW / RT/ Embedded development experience
- Experienced in inbound matrix management. HW development, FW development/ Algorithms
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to filter and deliver relevant information for the right audience
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity
- Willing to frequently travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced in NAND / Storage Background - Advantage
