Telefire develops smart fire safety and IoT solutions that combine connected devices, cloud services, and modern web applications.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and build scalable products used in real-world operational environments.

This role combines frontend, backend, and cloud development in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll work on systems that interact with real devices, process live data, and support mission-critical operations used daily by customers and internal teams.

What you will be doing

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications and cloud-connected services
• Build modern frontend applications with React
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Java
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Hardware, Support, and Sales teams
• Participate in architecture and technical decisions
• Work with AWS cloud environments and deployment workflows
• Improve performance, reliability, and engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience building production web applications
• Backend development experience with Node.js or Java
• Frontend development experience with React
• Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with IoT or hardware-connected systems
• Familiarity with MQTT, USB, Ethernet, or similar protocols
• Experience with Figma or other UI/UX collaboration tools
