About LEAP
LEAP is a program designed to equip its participants with the knowledge and skills to excel in their careers. At Palo Alto Networks we recognize that there are specific skills that help employees succeed in their role outside of the skills which are necessary to perform their day-to-day tasks. The program focuses on helping participants develop these skills, including communication, adaptability, and elevating performance, as they launch their careers. LEAP participants are also uniquely positioned to meet our leaders who are industry experts and learn from them.

Your Career
The Prisma Browser teams take part in the development of the Enterprise Browser, which acts as a security shield for businesses' online activity. It protects against a range of cyber threats by isolating web sessions, filtering malicious content, preventing data leaks, and centrally managing security policies. This multi-layered approach secures the organization's data, and provides superior user experience and cost structure compared to other solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic teams. As a Junior Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining software solutions while working alongside experienced professionals to enhance your skills and grow within the company.
During the hiring process, you will be selected to any one of the specialties we have in the Prisma Browser team - Full stack development / Low-Level R&D, Browser Extension development/ Backend and more.
Your Impact
- Develop and maintain software applications based on requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to ensure the best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Continuously improve your programming skills and stay updated with the latest trends in software development.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Graduates from the past year/year and a half (required).
- A valid certificate of eligibility (תעודת זכאות).
- Candidates with up to two years of professional experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Familiar with SQL
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- A passion for learning and growing within the field of software development.
- Familiarity with Agentic development tools - Cursor, Claude Code etc
