We are looking for a talented and highly driven G2M Engineer to join our fast-growing team.
What You’ll do?
- Design and deploy AI-driven GTM agents that monitor product, CRM, and intent signals and trigger next-best actions for Sales, Growth, and Partnerships
- Build automated workflows that handle lead qualification, enrichment, scoring, routing, follow-ups, and handoffs without human intervention
- Translate product usage and PLG signals into revenue plays (expansion, upsell, rescue, ABM, partner activation, churn risk)
- Architect and maintain custom integrations and APIs across CRM, data platforms, enrichment tools, sales engagement, and internal systems
- Prototype and productionize new GTM automations using scripts, low-code/no-code tools, and AI models
- Partner with Product and Growth to turn in-app behavior into real-time GTM triggers
- Continuously experiment with new AI tools and approaches to improve speed, quality, and scalability of revenue execution
- Define and optimize productivity systems for AEs, BDRs, and Partner Managers (task automation, prioritization, sequencing, intelligence feeds)
- Ensure GTM systems are reliable, observable, and designed for scale - not just short-term fixes

Who You Are?
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience building automation, workflows, AI agents, or GTM systems in SaaS, Growth Engineering, RevTech, or Revenue Engineering roles
- You think like an engineer first, operator second - you build systems that run themselves
- Strong technical skills: APIs, webhooks, scripting (Python/JS), data pipelines, and automation platforms
- Comfortable working deeply inside CRMs, data tools, sales tech, and product analytics platforms
- Excited about AI agents, LLMs, and automation frameworks, and actively experimenting with them
- You enjoy turning ambiguity and messy signals into clear, automated, scalable systems
- You naturally partner with Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Product, but stay focused on building, not managing
- Impact-driven: you care about time saved, deals influenced, and productivity unlocked, not just dashboards delivered
