The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our core engineering team and take real ownership across the stack. This isn’t a role where you pick a lane and stay in it - you’ll design and ship backend systems, build polished frontend experiences, and contribute to the agentic workflows that are the heart of our platform.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and fellow engineers, lead architectural decisions, and hold a high bar for code quality across a codebase that handles complex spatial logic at scale. Experience designing or building agentic AI workflows is a meaningful plus - this is territory we’re actively advancing, and we want engineers who are curious about it.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable, and maintainable full stack systems - from API layer to pixel.
• Architect and build backend services in Python, leveraging AWS infrastructure and IaC tooling (CDK, Terraform).
• Build and maintain high-quality frontend features and user-facing components in Vue.js v3 (Vue Router, Pinia, Vuex).
• Contribute to and improve our agentic workflow infrastructure - the pipelines that power real-time spatial reasoning.
• Optimize for performance, reliability, and cost across services, data stores, and queuing systems.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and actively raise the engineering bar across the team.
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies - especially in agentic AI - and advocate for relevant innovations in our stack.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proven delivery across both frontend and backend layers.
• Strong backend proficiency in Python, with solid familiarity with modern alternatives such as Go, Rust, C#, Java, or Node.js.
• Deep experience with RESTful API development using Flask, FastAPI, or comparable frameworks.
• Solid frontend skills: Vue.js v3 and its ecosystem, plus strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools (CDK or Terraform).
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and high-performance data stores (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar).
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering — required.
• Experience designing or building agentic AI workflows is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a bias toward shipping.
