We are looking for a talented Algorithm Developer to join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing advanced signal processing systems.
The role combines algorithm development, system-level engineering, research, and hands-on implementation, from translating system requirements into algorithmic solutions through testing and validation in real-world environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement signal processing algorithms based on system requirements.
- Translate system-level needs into algorithmic and engineering requirements.
- Support system development, including algorithm integration, system testing, and performance evaluation.
- Research and evaluate algorithmic approaches and new technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and explore innovative concepts and solutions.
- Write algorithm specifications, technical documentation, and test descriptions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and R&D.
- Participate in field experiments and support system-level analysis and validation.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electro-Optics, Physics, or Mathematics – required.
- M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Electro-Optics, Physics, or Mathematics – an advantage.
- Experience in signal processing – an advantage.
- Strong programming and algorithm development skills using Python and MATLAB – required.
- Significant experience working with signal processing systems – strong advantage.
- Knowledge of AI techniques and statistical methods – strong advantage.
- Strong system-level thinking and the ability to understand complex multidisciplinary systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
