ELTA Systems, a leading division of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), is looking for a Software Project Manager – C2 (Command & Control) Systems to join our Software Factory.

This is an opportunity to lead complex software development projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and take part in developing advanced defense systems that combine cutting-edge technologies and large-scale software solutions.

What the Role Includes:

• Full ownership of software development activities within the project, including planning schedules, resources, risk management, requirements management, and delivery of project milestones.

• Managing the full project lifecycle and coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.

• Working closely with the Business Project Manager and the end customer.

• Collaborating with System Engineering teams to define and manage requirements.

• Managing development requirements and deliveries across multiple development teams.

• Leading the project integration plan together with Integration and DevOps teams.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field – mandatory.

• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Software Project Manager – mandatory.

• 1–3 years of experience leading software development teams, preferably server-client development teams – mandatory.

• Hands-on software development experience – mandatory.

• Experience working with defense systems – an advantage.

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• High-level English proficiency.
