TSG Group, a publicly traded defense technology company, is hiring an Automation Test Developer!

For a complex and meaningful technological project, we are looking for an experienced Automation Test Developer with a background in testing, integration, and automation of large-scale, complex systems.

The position is located in central Israel.

What does the role include?

• Developing and maintaining automation infrastructures and processes using C# and Python

• Performing testing and integration of large-scale, complex systems

• Writing test plans, test scenarios, and test documentation based on specifications and requirements

• Working in a Kubernetes environment

• Collaborating with multiple interfaces and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Using test management and defect-tracking tools

Job Requirements:

• BA/BSc degree in a relevant field

• At least 2 years of experience in developing automated tests using C# and/or Python

• Familiarity and hands-on experience working in a Kubernetes environment

• At least 3 years of experience in testing and integration of large-scale, complex systems

• Experience writing STP, STD, and STR test documents based on specifications and requirements

• Familiarity with QA methodologies and test management tools such as QC, Jira, and TFS/Azure DevOps

• Experience working with multiple interfaces and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment

• High motivation, initiative, independence, and assertiveness

• ISTQB certification — an advantage

• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Selenium — an advantage
