Mertens MalamTeam is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist and Citizen Development Builder to join a large organization in Jerusalem

The role focuses on leading end-to-end AI and automation solutions, from identifying business needs to development, integration, and user adoption

Responsibilities

Identify and define business needs and translate them into AI and automation solutions

Develop applications, automations, and integrations in cloud environments

Work with advanced AI Coding tools and implement solutions across user environments

Requirements

Over 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year implementing the required platform

At least 2 years of Web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python

Hands-on experience with AI Coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, including application and automation development

Experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, IAM, and API Gateway

Experience with Google Workspace, including Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Google Drive API

Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Knowledge Bases
