We’re looking for curious, tech-oriented people at the beginning of their careers who want to work at the intersection of AI, technology, business, and customers.

Instead of a hiring process spread across several weeks, selected candidates will be invited to our Jeen AI Boost Day at our Tel Aviv office, where you’ll get to know Jeen, meet our team, and complete the main stages of the interview process in one focused day.

About the Role

As a Junior AI Solution Engineer, you’ll work closely with our customers and internal teams to understand business challenges and turn them into working AI solutions.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that includes working on-site at customer locations, giving you the opportunity to work closely with customers, understand their environment and needs, and support solutions from implementation through production.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems while learning how AI solutions move from an idea to production.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys both technology and people and wants to build a career in one of the fastest-growing areas of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and business processes.
• Help design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions using the Jeen platform.
• Work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, integrations, and other Generative AI technologies.
• Support solution testing, implementation, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and help find practical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and customer-facing teams.
• Learn how to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Continue developing your technical, business, and customer-facing skills.

Requirements

• A technical background and strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Graduate or final-year student in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or another relevant technical field.
• Basic programming skills and the ability to understand technical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a hands-on mindset.
• Strong English and Hebrew communication skills.
