We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our R&D organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team of talented engineers, drive execution, and shape both our product and our engineering culture.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead and Grow a High-Performing Full Stack Team
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of full stack engineers
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and regular feedback
• Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement
• Own End-to-End Execution and Delivery
• Own the team’s delivery from planning and estimation through development, release, and post-production
• Balance speed, quality, and scalability across multiple initiatives
• Ensure high engineering standards and reliable production systems
• Drive Architecture and Technical Excellence
• Design and implement scalable full stack architectures
• Guide architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems
• Translate complex business requirements into maintainable technical solutions
• Stay Hands-On
• Write high-quality production code across frontend and backend
• Work with modern frontend frameworks and data-driven backend systems
• Lead by example through strong technical contributions
• Collaborate Across the Company
• Work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and impact
• Act as a technical partner in shaping product direction
• Be a source of knowledge and leadership within the R&D organization
  

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in an R&D team, delivering production-grade systems at scale
• 2+ years of experience leading an engineering team as a Team Lead
• Strong hands-on experience building web-based applications in Python and TypeScript environments
• Solid understanding of system design, software architecture, and modern web technologies
• Strong experience working with relational databases
• Proven ability to lead complex projects end to end while balancing technical depth and delivery
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
