Real Time Group, LTD. is looking for an experienced C++ Software Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team developing advanced software solutions for complex, algorithm-intensive systems.

The role focuses on implementing and optimizing sophisticated algorithms in modern C++, working closely with algorithm developers and system engineers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize complex algorithms using modern C++.
• Translate mathematical models and algorithmic specifications into efficient, production-quality software.
• Collaborate with algorithm developers, system engineers, and verification teams.
• Participate in software design, development, integration, testing, and performance optimization.
• Solve complex technical challenges and provide guidance to junior developers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern C++ (C++11 or higher).
• Proven experience implementing complex computational or mathematical algorithms in C++.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and optimizing algorithm-intensive software.

Strongly preferred:

• Experience in Defense, Radar Systems, Aerospace, Avionics, Signal Processing, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, or Scientific Computing.
• Experience implementing algorithms related to Signal Processing, Radar, Tracking, Sensor Fusion, or Mathematical Modeling.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• C++ software development experience in Linux or Windows environments.
• Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with MATLAB, Python, STL, and modern C++ libraries.
• Knowledge of physics, digital signal processing (DSP), or radar systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile development methodologies.
