The Role

Join a team building one of SignalPET's most critical systems, operating at the intersection of AI, veterinary expertise, and customer experience. The team is responsible for ensuring that AI-generated medical insights are accurate, complete, and seamlessly delivered to veterinarians.

You'll work on a complex production system shaped by real-world technical and domain constraints, building scalable software that powers a critical part of our platform. We're looking for engineers with strong technical depth, solid engineering fundamentals, and a passion for solving complex problems through software.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve complex software systems.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable production code.
• Own features throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions across the platform.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field (M.Sc. – an advantage).
• Significant hands-on experience building complex software systems.
• Experience developing production systems in a product company serving customers at scale.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and excellent problem-solving skills.
• An engineering mindset with a passion for designing and building high-quality software.
